Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026. These Terms form a legally binding agreement governing business use of Norami.
Agreement and contracting entity
Norami is operated by AI BLU, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a mailing address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States (“AI BLU,” “Norami,” “we,” or “us”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, signing an order form, or using Norami, you accept these Terms for yourself and the business or other organization you represent (the “Customer”). You confirm that you are authorized to bind that Customer. If you do not agree or lack that authority, you may not use Norami.
Business use and eligibility
Norami is offered only to people aged 18 or older for business or professional purposes. It is not offered for personal, family, or household use. These restrictions apply equally to self-service subscriptions.
Accounts and customer responsibilities
- Customer is responsible for its users, account credentials, workspace administrators, and activity under its accounts.
- Customer must provide accurate account and billing information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Customer is responsible for determining whether Norami is appropriate for its intended use and for configuring user and workspace permissions.
- Customer must have all rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases needed to upload and instruct Norami to process Customer Content.
Customer Content and data protection
“Customer Content” means files, datasets, prompts, messages, attachments, instructions, and other information submitted to a Customer workspace. As between the parties, Customer retains its rights in Customer Content. Customer instructs AI BLU to process Customer Content only to provide, secure, support, and maintain Norami and as otherwise documented by Customer.
Customer is the controller of personal data in Customer Content and AI BLU is its processor, except where AI BLU independently determines the purposes and means of processing account, billing, security, fraud-prevention, service administration, support, and legal-compliance data. Those controller activities are described in the Privacy Notice.
Where applicable, the parties will enter into AI BLU's Data Processing Addendum. Once accepted, that addendum forms part of the agreement and controls over conflicting provisions in these Terms for its subject matter. Any applicable EU Standard Contractual Clauses remain subject to their own mandatory terms and are not limited or modified by these Terms.
Sensitive and prohibited data
Unless AI BLU approves it in writing beforehand, Customer must not submit or process special-category or similarly sensitive personal data through Norami, including health, biometric, genetic, religious, political, trade-union, sexual-life or sexual-orientation data, or personal data concerning criminal convictions and offences.
Norami is not designed or authorized to process Protected Health Information governed by HIPAA. Customer must not submit such information unless it has a written Business Associate Agreement with AI BLU covering that use.
Acceptable use
Customer and its users must not:
- Use Norami unlawfully or violate another person's rights.
- Access another tenant's data, circumvent security or usage controls, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Upload malicious code or content that Customer lacks authority to use or instruct Norami to process.
- Use Norami to make fully automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and a lawful basis.
- Resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use Norami to build a competing service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
We may suspend access reasonably necessary to stop an ongoing security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or others. Where practicable, we will notify Customer and limit the suspension to the affected use.
AI processing and outputs
Norami may use contracted AI and sandbox providers to process the portions of Customer Content needed to answer a request or execute an analysis. AI BLU does not use Customer Content to train AI models. Current providers and their purposes are listed on the Subprocessors page.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customer is responsible for reviewing outputs against source data and applying appropriate human judgment before relying on them, especially for financial, employment, legal, safety, or other consequential decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the checkout terms, order form, or other subscription terms presented to Customer. Customer authorizes the applicable charges and is responsible for taxes other than taxes on AI BLU's income. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in an order form or where required by law. We will provide reasonable advance notice of pricing changes that affect a future subscription period.
Service changes and availability
We may improve or modify Norami over time. Unless an order form or service-level agreement states otherwise, Norami is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every output will be error-free.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
Customer may stop using Norami or cancel its subscription through the available account or billing controls. We may terminate the agreement for a material breach that remains uncured after reasonable notice, or immediately where continued service would be unlawful or create a material security risk.
Account and workspace deletion controls include a 30-day grace period before final erasure. Limited billing, tax, security, and legal records may be retained where required or justified, as described in the Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI BLU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to Norami. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing limits the rights of individuals under applicable data protection law or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will provide notice through Norami or by email before a material change takes effect. Changes will not retroactively reduce mandatory data-protection rights. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law and courts
These Terms and the agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to the agreement, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
This section does not displace mandatory rights or forums that apply under data protection law, and it does not alter the governing-law, supervisory-authority, or forum provisions of any applicable Standard Contractual Clauses.
